Elastomers and seals are essential for meeting the industry’s ever-increasing demands, for example in the use of machinery, engines or conveyor technology across various sectors. To meet current and future challenges, there is a greater need than ever for skilled workers and the next generation of specialists.
With the start of the current semester, we have therefore launched a partnership with Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Faculty 2, offering a dual degree programme in Industrial Engineering (Technical Sales).
Our shared aim is to optimally prepare the next generation of skilled workers for the demands of industry and to nurture young talent through joint teaching and development projects.
For us, this partnership represents a significant step towards integrating theory and practice more closely, incorporating fresh knowledge into our day-to-day business operations, and contributing to the further development of the sector in collaboration with Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Through the dual training programme at our company and in the technical laboratories at Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts, as well as through the teaching of marketing-related skills with a focus on technical sales, students benefit from innovative projects, practical insights and our experience and specialist knowledge.
Together, we are thus making an important contribution to the development of regional expertise in industry and explicitly equipping the next generations of industrial engineers with practical knowledge!
We are delighted to have Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts as a strong and innovative partner at our side, and look forward to supporting our students on their path to a future-oriented career!
