Our expertise lies in the manufacture of high-quality rubber profiles weighing up to 10,000 g/m. The cross-sections of our profiles range from 3 mm to approx. 180 mm, enabling us to cater for a wide range of applications.
Thanks to our high-performance automatic die-cutting machines, we are able to precisely produce sections of varying lengths from almost any profile cross-section. The end pieces are machined in-house, enabling us to respond flexibly and at short notice to changes, corrections or modifications.
Profile rings and frames
We manufacture profile rings using various processes, depending on the intended application. We offer both cold-bonded and free-form vulcanised and mould-bonded profile cord rings and frames. Thanks to the flexibility of our manufacturing processes, we can produce quantities of any size to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to your requirements.
