AL Elastomer Extrusion GmbH was founded in Hanover in October 2022 to manufacture high-quality extruded profiles made from FKM, CR, NBR and HNBR, foam rubber profiles and seals for steel hydraulic engineering.
In December 2022, the company acquired certain business activities, staff and machinery, including tools, from the long-established Fritz Wohlenberg GmbH, Landwehrstraße 63, 30519 Hanover.
This acquisition rounds off our portfolio with regard to rubber profiles, various moulded articles, hose rings and cylindrical buffers.
At our new site at Göttinger Hof 9, 30453 Hanover, we produce not only large and medium batch sizes but also bespoke custom-made items, right down to one-off pieces.
We supply our technical rubber products throughout Europe to companies of all sizes and across all sectors, for example in mechanical and plant engineering, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as for use in the food industry and in steel hydraulic engineering.

AL Elastomer Extrusion GmbH is a subsidiary of AL Gummi und Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in Dormagen.
AL Gummi has been active since 1986 as a manufacturer of specialised technical solutions made from all common elastomers. Its main areas of focus are inflatable seals, expansion sleeves, moulded parts in small quantities and free-form products in all sizes.
A company within the AL family
Our AL family is completed by AL Glove Systems GmbH, based in Lorsch (on the Rhine), a manufacturer of specialist gloves made from bromobutyl, CSM and EPDM for a wide range of applications in containment systems such as isolator and RABS installations, as well as inert boxes and gloveboxes.
